Relevance: Burnout syndrome in medical staff is a sensitive topic of health care, as this condition can directly affect treatment and care,
 that is, the patient’s satisfaction with service psychological state whole. syndrome
 includes several risk factors spread syndrome. Thus, personnel the
 prevention burnout an important healthcare aspect.
 The purpose study was to review literature on spread, factors, staff.
 Methods: research for papers made using PubMed, Cochrane Library, Medscape, CINAHL, Google Scholar search
 engines, e-Library.ru, CyberLeninka electronic libraries. Inclusion criteria: search depth 10 years (2012-2022), original articles,
 reviews, meta-analyses, systematic open-access full-text articles English Russian. Exclusion criteria:
 low-quality not meeting criteria or containing unclear information conclusions, reports, abstracts, newspaper
 articles. In total, included 46 articles.
 Results: showed among spreading every year requires high-quality
 methods.
 Conclusion: emotional workers global problem has
 become one most noticeable issues healthcare. From point professional rank first, followed by social,
 physiological, other factors. reviewed foreign domestic publications insufficiently prevention
 measures their efficacy.
